Cancellation or Change Policy
Cancellations made before 48 hours to the reservation date are subject to a hotel fee equal to 80 % of the whole fee.Cancellations made before 3 to 5 days to the reservation date are subject to a hotel fee equal to 50 % of whole fee.
Cancellations made before 6 to 10 days to the reservation date are subject to a hotel fee equal to 25 % of whole fee.
Cancellations made before 11 to 14 days to the reservation date are subject to a hotel fee equal to 15 % of whole fee.
Cancellations made before 15 to 19 days to the reservation date are subject to a hotel fee equal to 10 % of whole fee.
Cancellations made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
All No shows ( non arrival without prior cancellation ) subject to a one night fee penalty.
All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. At the sole discretion of LovelyIran refunds may be given due to extenuating circumstances.
