Dalky River,Dashtestan This river takes its source from the heights of Dasht-e-Arjan to the west of Shiraz, and after gaining water from the Sarkhoon and Shirin Rivers, adjoins Shapour River, finally flowing into the Persian Gulf. Dalky River, especially in the northern sector irrigates agricultural land, date graves and gardens of Burazjan. The 'Shaban Kareh Dam' has been constructed on this river. Thereby promoting leisure spots, as well as recreation in the northern areas of the river. Mond River, Kangan This river takes its source from the heights south east of Kazeroon and south west of Shiraz, flowing into the Persian Gulf in the south of 'Bandar-e-Kangan.' The slope of this river is gradual and it enters Bushehr Province from Kazeroon, after irrigating lands of the Shabankareh Village it ultimately adjoins the Dalky River. Other Rivers, Bushehr Other rivers of the province are the Ahram and Shoor rivers. |
